Where possible invoice will be sent directly to your insurer
Please be advised that you will be liable in full for any unpaid invoices.
Prior to booking appointment, please ensure you have contacted your insurance provider for pre-authorisation and to obtain authorisation code.
Please inform us if you are going to be using insurance for your sessions as we will need further details in order to invoice directly.
Please note that insurance companies do not cover late cancellation or missed appointments.
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
We understand that sometimes things change rapidly and appointments need to be changed. We are happy to try to accommodate where possible but please be aware that we require 12 hours notice of cancellation. Failure to cancel will result in full charge being applied. Please note that insurance companies do not cover late cancellation or missed appointments.
As a result of Covid-19 restrictions and protection are in place to reduce spread of infection.
Currently guidance is for all treatments to be by video in the 1st instance.
If however a face to face consultation is required then a information/consent form will need to be completed within the 24 hours prior to the session.
For face to face - use of PPE is required - Physio: mask, apron ( gloves if you require), hand sanitiser/washing and distancing as much as possible; Patient: mask and hand hygiene
